Details for
the Bellevue Event - We are
setting up near the picnic and playground area on the west side. There are parking lots on
all sides of the park. Plenty of parking for everyone. Look for volunteers in
Walkathon shirts
and greyhounds!
The center lap is 1/2 mile. The outside perimeter is a longer walk. It is up to everyone
to do the walk they are up for. Picnic after the walk so bring
your lunch!
This is not a greyhound only event. Bellevue Downtown
Park is a public park where non-greyhound breeds including many small dogs could be
present. Please use utmost caution, control and discretion with your greyhounds.
Registration: Each registration includes a goodie bag & event shirt. Additional shirts
may be purchased on the registration form. Prices vary by shirt type
and size: (T-Shirt or Tank Top). Please see the price list breakdown at

Picnic after the walk so bring your
lunch!
Details for the
Coquitlam Event:
We will have a full information booth set up in the picnic area to gather near
and volunteers will be there to attend to you. There is ample parking on
the north side of the park off Park Entry Way. This is the closest point
to the picnic area.
We will be walking on The Lafarge Lake Loop. An easy walk that is fairly
flat and open and only 1.2 km in length. It is partially wooded but
mainly open.
The park will be open to the public, so for those of us with small dog
challenged Greys, mind the possible four legged temptations. Please
bring along poop bags as I'm not sure if they are available at the park.
