GENERAL POLICIES
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE : Please note that we are a volunteer
based organization and our main function is the care of the greyhounds in our kennel.
Sometimes when there is an emergency it may take us 24-48 hours to get back to you with
your order. Please call us if you do not hear back from us.
2. STOCK INVENTORY : While we try to keep our stock up to date, sometimes there is a delay
in shipment from the supplier. If your item(s) is/are on back order, we thank you for your
patience. We also try to keep the online warehouse as up to date as possible to reflect
the items we have on hand.
3. PHONE CONTACT : We can be reached by phone at 206-365-9422 M,W,Th and F after 6PM PST
(our Warehouse volunteer is not home from work until then) and on Tuesday, Saturday and
Sunday between 9AM and 9PM. If no volunteer is available to take your call, please call
back.
4. E-MAIL CONTACT : If you have any questions, we can also be reached by e-Mail : Cathy Fisk. If you do not get a response within 24
hours, please send a reminder or call us at the above number as e-Mails sometimes do get
lost, or we were unable to get back with you due to server incompatibilities.
5. SHIPPING : Most orders are shipped out USPS. Please allow 10 - 14 days for
delivery of all items. We are an all volunteer organization and we do not have the
time or luxury to go to the post office every day with orders to be shipped.
HOW TO ORDER
1. ORDER ONE ITEM : If you are ordering one item, just
click on the "Order Now" icon to take you to the Order Form.
2. ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM : If you are ordering more than one item, you might want to
have two browsers open at the same time. One browser with the order form for you to fill
in your order information, and the other browser for you to navigate between the warehouse
pages.
3. THE ORDER FORM : Please complete the order form with your contact and order
information. Click "Submit" when you're done. Or "Reset" if you want
to start all over. If you do not get a confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please
send a reminder or call us at the above number as e-Mails sometimes do get lost, or we
were unable to get back with you due to server incompatibilities.
PAYMENT
1. GENERAL : Currently we do not have a secure server or
shopping cart capabilities. Please do not send credit card information via e-Mail. We
thank you for your patience. Once you receive confirmation of your order and the stock at
hand, you may choose one of the following payment methods.
2. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT : We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and DINERS. To pay by credit
card, please call 206-365-9422 M, W, Th, and Fri after 6:30pm Pacific tme and Tues, Sat,
Sun and holidays, 9am to 9pm, Pacific time.
3. MONEY ORDER/CASHIER'S CHECK : To pay by money order or cashier's check, please make
your payment out to GPI. and mail to:

4. PERSONAL CHECK : If you are sending a personal check, there will be a 7-10 days' wait
for bank clearance before the item(s) is/are sent out. Please make your payment out to
GPI and mail to:

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
1. RETURNS : We will accept returns if you contact us
within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for the following reasons :
a: Item damaged in shipping (If the box looks tampered or opened, do not accept it and
have it returned to us immediately).
b: Item is defective (Covers only manufacturer's defect)
c: Item is of the wrong size or wrong color
(NOTE: We will not accept returns damaged by your dog or a child or an adult. These
include chewed up or unwashable stained items.)
2. EXCHANGE : If the item you ordered is of the wrong size or color, we will exchange
it for the size or color of your preference. If we do not have the item in stock, a refund
will be sent to you.
3. REFUNDS : Refunds are only for the value of the item(s) and do not include shipping
that has already been paid for, or shipping for returning the item(s).
