Can't adopt a (another) Greyhound right now? That special bond can still be yours by joining the GPI Sponsorship roll. Confess your captivation by one of GPI's available hounds by sponsoring that dog while it's looking for a "Forever Home". Groups, organizations, clubs, churches, troops, tribes, businesses and small countries are welcomed to share in the delights of Sponsorship of a special hound.

A Sponsorship Donation of $20, $50 or whatever you are able to provide will identify your special relationship with your selected sleek retired racer. You may then focus all your best wish energy toward shaping a magnetic attraction between your sponsored hound and the perfect "Forever Family". Your sponsorship will be celebrated worldwide on the "Available Dogs" pages of GPI's website. Experience that shared joy when your sponsored Hound chooses a family to adopt. The chronicle of your sponsorship will be told to the adopting family.

The typical cost of preparing an ex-racer for adoption far exceeds the $200 adoption donation. Your generous sponsorship can help fill that gap. Foster care and special needs can add to the support costs of some Greyhounds during an extended search for the perfect family.

1. Approve a hound's selection of you as a sponsor by reviewing the Available Dogs page on GPI's website, <www.greyhoundpetsinc.org>.
2. Send an email to Bunny Richardson, GPI's Treasurer, at rabbit99@whidbey.net or, you can call Bunny at 360-568-3773. Let Bunny know which Hound has captured you as a sponsor.
3. Payment of your sponsorship commitment contribution can be made by check or money order mailed to: Greyhound Pets, Inc., c/o Bunny Richardson, P.O. Box 891, Woodinville, WA 98072.
4. Credit card contributions can be made via phone call to Bunny.
5. Online donations can now be made via our partnership with Network for Good. Simply click the graphic below for more information.
6. Sponsorship donations are tax deductible. The larger your donation, the larger your tax deduction. (People look at mortgages this way.)

Marchet at the Red Barn kennel, or the appropriate foster at home, will inform your selected speedster of the happy news about your sponsorship with presentation of a celebratory treat.
