YMCA Healthy Kids Day and Vendor Fair 2019

Healthy Kids Day® is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. The Y is so much more than sports, swimming and gymnastics, and a place for kids to hang out. The Y supports families in their efforts to teach healthy habits and keep kids active and learning, preparing them for a brighter future. It’s part of the Y’s promise to strengthen communities. The Mill Creek YMCA celebrates kids’ health and continues to teach healthy habits for kids and families, encourage active play, and inspire a lifetime love of physical activity.

To continue our commitment to encourage healthy habits for kids and families, encourage physical and mental play, and inspire a lifetime love of physical exercise and activities, the Mill Creek Family YMCA is hosting Healthy Kids Day® and Vendor fair on April 27, 2019 from 10:00-1:00pm. Healthy Kids Day is a free community event that helps parents to begin thinking early about ways to keep their kids both physically and intellectually active this summer. This is the largest event of its kind in the nation, taking place at over 1,900 Ys who are committing to taking on summer in order to address critical gaps in health and education.
